Pelargonium triste.



I am showing some pictures of the colony of Pelargonium triste I mentioned in my earlier post. I was unsure if this would interest anyone other than myself, but here goes. A long shot of the colony and six variations of the flower.

I really love the pale yellow of these flowers. Thanks for posting them! Did you get to smell that field of them in the evening?

Hi Amy,

Glad to hear that you enjoyed the post. I have read that P. triste has an amazing fragrance in the evening, but unfortunately my stay at the Darling Reserve was for a few hours in the afternoon. I do have some seed that I collected, so maybe at some time in the future I'll get to enjoy the lovely smell of P. triste.
